Dreamie was creating 2D floor-plans for its clients’ home remodels and providing this as a service. They hired Nokshi to turn it into a digital and scalable solution. The goal of this project was:

  1. Understand what Dreamie’s digital product offering should be

  2. Launch it quickly with seamless user experience

  3. Get to product-market fit

Before and After

Before: Unscalable 2D floor plans

Interior designers on the team at Dreamie were designing 2D floor plans based what the customer wanted and contractors provided cost estimates. However, they were not seeing any growth in the business and it was not scalable either.

After: 3D walkthrough with options for materials

Nokshi learned through customer research that they had a hard time visualizing the remodel and weren’t sure what materials to use. Using an existing 3D software and a vendor, Nokshi delivered a scalable digital solution that allowed customers to visualize the remodel and see how different, curated materials would look like for the remodel.

Result

400% growth

As a result of the new product and the accompanying marketing initiatives, Dreamie started to experience 400% week-over-week user growth as shown in the chart.
